Merry Christmas Folks!

This last two years has been a real uphill struggle for low country boys with trials and storms coming from the most unexpected places and folk! but Richard joining us with his Dobro, guitar and vocal... has brought the excitement back , the three of us would like to thank everyone who has prayed for us and supported and encouraged us through thick and thin! Christmas Day Service @ Ballyhalbert Gospel Hall

10.30 am. on Christmas morning is our last booking of 2009! we are taking part along with others in our little Church...it's a short service 45 mins. with Carols and readings & a five minute epilogue...come and join us!

Tonight we were playing for The Friendship Group ( Senior Citizens) at their christmas dinner! we had a gerat time with the folk! Santa gave the Low Country Boys some prezzies! ...Thank you very much again ladies ...for a lovely supper ...low country boys!

Ulster Scots Language Society Book Launch

Last night we played a few songs at the Book Launch (The Gospel Of Luke In Ulster-Scots)

it was an amazing experience to close your eyes and listen to the readings which were done by folk who speak the tongue naturally !

Book Launch

The Ulster Scots Language Society has completed their translation of ~ The Gospel Of Luke, the launch for the new work ( Guid Wittins Frae Doctor Luik ) will take place on the 9th. of December at Edgehill College, Belfast..low country boys will be taking part in the event.
